Previously, only available as an incredibly rare demo from the composer, Marco Werba’s poetic score for ZOO is finally released in a special, Limited Edition from Hexacord Records!

ZOO is a slightly off-beat teen romance and was the cinematic debut for two women who would later become icons of Italian cinema: the director Cristina Comencini and actress Asia Argento.

While virtually inknown to viewers in the United States, Comencini’s lyrical first feature received wide critical acclaim in Europe, earning each, the director, Ms. Argento and Werba’s score several awards.
